The body and mind will be more receptive in the morning and before you sleep. Hence do the sadhana during morning and at night. If you want to achieve faster results, prepare a time table to get up early in the morning around 4.30 a.m. and practice Pranayam, simple Yogasnas and meditation. Consume Satvik food only, to clean your Nadi system (Nadi shuddhi). As far as possible maintain silence. If your intent is pure and the will is strong, and the efforts are persistent, you will achieve positive result. Do not expect things to happen instantly, and do not give up. Positive actions will give positive results. Your faith should be very firm. Things would happen at the right time and place. Even an Iota of doubt will hamper in achieving your objectives.
