This could be debatable as to what we are looking for...Best figures or Curvacious (if that is a word) : LOL

Here is the list of top actresses who accoridng to my opinion sport best of physical stats:

1. Shilpa Shetty: Tracing back to old 90's where the trend of actually viewing actresses with "figures" becaem a rage. She did manage to redefine herself from Bazigar days to action movies with Sanjay dutt (Aila re ladki mast mast). Shilpa became the mast girl with mast figures.

2. Bipasha Basu: Bips was anyways a model and had catchy structure since beginning. She was an avid fitness freak which helped her to remain in the "frame" anyways. JISM was the movie where her bold bodily looks awespired the audiences and she did a make a mark with right figures

3. Raveena Tandon: Mast cheez made her impression right from the word go. Her Mohra rain song probably was featured to bring out the best of her physical structure and the chemistry with the hero which sizzles still whenevver rain songs are discussed. Raveena conitinued with her jaw dropping figurlicious looks in upcoming movies and mesmerised the audiences in future years before she fianlly settled down after marriage.

4. Aishwarya Rai: Miss world of 90's who was more seen as someone who should have been MIss Universe, actually had right figures when she hit the silver screen. Though she may not the right actress for right roles but was had an impressive screen presence and caught the attention of the audiences with veery flick

5. Vidya Balan: Last but not the least, Vidya did try her luck with figures with Dirty Movie and honestly she succeeded to quite an extent. The movie was based on Silk and Vidya effortlessly portrayed different figures in different instances of the movie. However it is true that Vidya was never had a physically overtly sexual look but with her characters and impressive acting skills, she delievered her best!

Overall - If we talk about physical stats and body structures of Bollywood actresses, I think Silk Smitha would definitely snatch the top slot
