Strugglers in Bollywood need a sense of direction! almost at every step. They got to be wise and practical with whom they meet, what they select and whom they trust. Industry has something for everyone, its just that one has to be cognizant of their limits and accept realities. Of course all strugglers are driven by passion to perform but what eludes them is the right and probably relevant platform to showcase their skills.

Every now and then they are lured with reality shows and competitions which are anyways scripted and the winners are pretty much decided in advance. Strugglers need a spot which is for them, created by them and driven by them. Centralised, Transparent, louse free, talks about them and helps share their skills & services in an organised, disciplined and professional manner. A place which respects their credibility & accepts them as is, provides them individuality and opportunities to bloom as they evolve.

An integration of everything from start to end is the need of the hour for this industry. Something which is End to End and not just small pockets which on the outer side though appear closely knit but in reality are separated besides NOT being transparent enough!
